Went from $13,000 in yearly commissions to over $5 million yearly
Went from zero foreclosure listings to over 325 in 24 months
Got his team revved up by humiliating himself on YouTube
Landed more customers by dressing up as Dracula
Turned the worst market in decades into profit in new areas
Learned some of his best tactics through authorized stealing from his competitors
Including a 7-Figure Game Plan at the end of each chapter, 6 Steps to 7 Figures contains all the tactics that the best real estate agents use to build and promote their businesses - and live the life of their dreams.

Life-Changing for Real Estate Agents!
Yes. This book should be REQUIRED reading for anyone in real estate for certain, and also sales, in general. Think about this--a Realtor grossing over $5Million a year is spilling the secrets for how he did it. Oh, and it's available for less than $20...to get him on the radio in your car, or at your workout--to help improve your life. I don't guess I understand why folks wouldn't 'get' this. But there you have it! I'm grateful I ran across Pat and his book. Great, great material.
The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller, which talks about how to build a successful real estate business...but where that paints in broad strokes, this one is more ABC, "this is what you do next." That's refreshing. Both are fantastic.
Pat is real. He's authentic. It didn't sound too slick or professional--but to me, that adds to the fact that this is a real man, giving you a real plan. He's been in the trenches of real estate and you can tell that!
Well, of course. But that would be one long sitting! I like listening to it in bite-sized chunks while driving to the office to get my head in the game for the coming day. It's perfect for that.
Great job, Pat! I appreciate you taking the time to write the book (which I purchased a few times, to give it to my Realtors, too), but to read it--which is my preferred way of getting the info now. Also, you introduced me to Audible. So, thank you!
