Pema Always has the right advise for the right time
This has all to do with being human and how to lead a wholehearted life. Not religion. Buddhism is a lifestyle that you lead. So reading these books can only help you be a better human. Pema Chödrön gives advise in a way that its easy to understand. I completely recommend reading her books.
