Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson (1902-1994), the Lubavitcher Rebbe, took an insular Chasidic group that was almost decimated by the Holocaust and transformed it into one of the most influential and controversial forces in world Jewry. This superbly crafted biography draws on recently uncovered documents and archives of personal correspondence, painting an exceptionally human and charming portrait of a man who was well known but little understood. With a sharp attention to detail and an effortless style, Chaim Miller takes us on a soaring journey through the life, mind and struggles of one of the most interesting religious personalities of the Twentieth Century.

Great narration for an inspiring book
I would say that out of all of the other audiobooks I've listened to, this would be in my top 5.
I would compare it to any of Walter Isaacson's biographies on tape.
Extremely well researched, sounds so eloquent and tells a fascinating story.
I like his accent and clear annunciation. I would look out for him on other audible books
It kept me engrossed to the point where I couldn't stop the track.

The Marvellous Rebbe of Lubavitch in a full vision
I recommend to all the jews, obviously, and to all the seekers of practical spirituality. It is not a manual, but it is a way to get closer to an Illuminated person.
Zacks is the Voice of Chabad here on Audible.com. A smooth, pleasant and calm voice with british accent. Excellent
Turning Judaism Outwards.
I highly recommend this book. Forbiography fans, for jews and non-jews.
