Publisher's Summary

Not only is Graham Peterson unlucky in his choice of careers, he's also been terrible with women throughout his adult life. That changed when he met Alison. But within a month of their meeting, he got the news that he was about to become a father for the first time. The Diary of a Hapless Father charts those first three terrifying months of parenthood.
With all the angst and fear of a new father, Graham needs to pull his socks up if he's going to become the father he always dreamed he would be. With all the pitfalls and worries of a new father charted, this book is for all those who have been through early parenthood, or just want to know how a man deals with all those things internally. Hapless Father is the second in a series of diaries by Graham Peterson, who sometimes thinks he's writing to an alien warlord from the future.
The first audiobook in the series, The Diary of an Expectant Father is available on Amazon and Audible.

Excellent sequel

Book two takes up right where the first left off, in a new journal of course. If you have kids, you will relate to how much truth is in this book. Plenty of entries on the complete exhaustion you experience, and just how much a newborn poos.

Graham still puts a lot of humor in his journals as he goes through bonding with Charlie, trying to help out his partner, and dealing with some massive work drama. While both books were fairly short, they are definitely worth a listen whether you have children or not. I hope there will be more of these in the future, would love to see where the story goes.

Will M. Watt does a great job once again with the narration, would love to listen to more from him.

Audiobook received for an honest review.

What did you love best about The Diary of a Hapless Father: Months 0-3?

Graham!! he is hilarious!!!!

What did you like best about this story?

I like how it flows, and it is very honest...I think all new parents could relate to this cute little story!

Have you listened to any of Will M. Watt’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

The 1st book in this series...and he is terrific!!!! This book does not disappoint!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I felt bad for Graham when he lost his job...he was targeted! But at least he won in the end!

Any additional comments?

I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!! The narration is spot on...and the whole book is funny!!! I love the diary format and the honesty in the writing...if you have ever had a new baby, you will totally relate with this....The anxiety and sleep deprivation alone will hit home! This is a quick and light listen that will have you laughing out loud and definitely wanting more!!! 2 thumbs up!!!
