Always feeling like you can't cope with this ever-changing World? Want to finally experience how lasting happiness feels like?
The Book of Joy tells the story of two spiritual giants, the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu, and how they achieve lasting happiness in this ever-changing world. Truth is, most people misunderstand what joy really means. It is far deeper than just wealth, fame, recognition, and material possessions.
"If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito." - Dalai Lama
Many of us get caught up in our day-to-day, busy lives. Is being busy an excuse for us not to attain peace, courage and joy? Or do are we simply lacking some wise advice?
Joy is rare in today's world. What is the essence of true joy? How can we attain it?
P.S. If you've always been feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and defeated by life, this book will open up your pathway to lasting happiness.

I never buy book summaries. However, the books are dense, so I gave it a try on a summary to recap the main essential ideas from the book. Did not regret at all. The only thing that could be better is the examples, which could be more in depth. But it is a good thing to try it out and keep it as a practice
