Surprising. The man is incapable of fluff.

I wasn't expecting a philosophy book. No preamble. No foreplay. No lube. No time for screwing around. Should be called "My Work and Work."

Henry Ford’s thoughts And philosophy

Great book, inspiring and it was written in 1922. Most of the things he says apply today!

buy the paper book instead

it's an interesting historical book. word explains his ideas about how factories should work and how to correctly use labor and money to build a business. If it was not for the humanity of the workers at his ideas would probably work well. I was told that he is a racist and was not offended in this book.

The narrator is impossible to listen to. I think he's trying to do some kind of character actor but he's essentially yelling at the listener and its very wearing after a time

Ford; self righteous egomaniac narcissistic person

Very much a struggle to finish... but I Did! Worth a read just for historical content only. Definitely a different era. He hits on every subject that would be very politically incorrect today. Saying that, he was a genius (in his mind and others) on pretty forward thinking considering this was the early part of the 1900's!

A must read for all businessmen and engineers

Written 100 years ago, this book is still relevant today. Henry Ford seems hard headed and tough, but his values of work and dedication endure till this day. He didn’t take short cuts.

Wise

Ford was a wise man. I enjoy thinking and finding wisdom. I got a lot of logic and philosophy out of this read.

Emotionally Wrenching & Highly Inspirationals

Loved every minute of this book, The Beauty of Fords Personality, his true devotion to social impact, his high intellect on business & economics. This mans story exceeded all my expectations and above all it feels like he's reading his own story to us not the narrator which is brilliant
