A MUST listen! - Inspiring, Powerful & Educational
In the Black traces the life of Canadian Civil Rights Activist B. Denham Jolly.
It is a powerful story that encourages unity and equality that is based on many unknown and important facts in Canadian history.
It is an easy listen; the performance was great.
The story is excellent and should not be missed.
If you are looking for something inspiring and educational, I highly recommend this book to all of my fellow audio book listeners!
Also - "In the Black" recently won the notable Toronto Book Award for 2017 which, in my opinion, speaks to the powerful story.

Denham is the ultimate warrior for social justice
loved it !!!! Denham has consistently fought for equal justice for people of colour . His book In The Black should be required reading in all high schools in Canada.
