I loved the book, the bio,the story it was beautiful! However I didn't like the audio, I feel Chiquis should have read it or someone who is Hispanic it would have given it genuine emotion!

Great story, Terrible Narration
Once I started, I didn't want to put it down. A fast-paced account of Chiquis life. She went through so much and came out strong. But whoever selected the narrator is clearly out of touch and hadn't read the book. Cringe - worthy accents and no understanding of Spanish.

Worth a thousand credit !
A beautifully written memoir . I finished this book in two days , I couldn't put it down , I don't even want it to end .This is one of the best memoirs I have listened . A memoir with a moral lesson and can touch every woman's heart to the core .

Very Interesting
I grew up knowing about the Riveras but I was never a fan mainly because of my parents. Though, after Jenni’s passing, I became invested based on things that were said in the media. Chiquis covers her true story and her POV of her life struggles with both parents.
I’m glad I listened to this book, just goes to show what people still don’t know what happened but are mainly going with what narrative the “media” wants to show.
I look forward to listening to her newest book covering her most recent life experiences.
