Inspirational story
This book was suggested to me while I was Interviewing for a management position with Home Depot not only was this a great book to listen too it gave a great insight on the core principles of the company and I got the job. I believe anyone that has, does or wants to work with the Home Depot this is a must read.

Loved this book! Great read! I knew the culture went way back and we had great founders, but I didn't know how innovative and agile they were in the beginning. They truly understood the need to change with the times.

It grabbed me at some point
At first, it seemed like a brag fest from the author/creator. However, I realized he could brag about everything he did. Really really interesting. Home Depot not only changed construction, but home building, editing and fixing. Love how they valued former tradesmen and women
