A true gem for life lessons

This is a book is a series of lessons from sports icon Dan Gable, but they can be applied to all parts of life, business, etc. To be the best, learn from the best.

Not a good one

I thought this book with give an in depth knowledge of Dan Gable and philosophy. It's more like a scatter brain of thoughts in timeline. Don't know where it's going.
