Publisher's summary

Erica Page, the protagonist of Amazon and WayForward's upcoming game Til Morning's Light, is already sick of the boring New England town that her family now calls home. There's nothing to do in beige Leisterville except browse the Internet, update her blog, and investigate "supernatural phenomena" with her weird new friend Angie. However, when their research yields more-than-convincing results and tragedy strikes, it's up to Erica to enter the mysterious mansion on Hamilton Road and discover the truth about her new hometown.

disappointing sales gimmick

Though interesting and performed well, this book is essentially a 30 commercial for a video game that has no actual resolution.

A sweet introduction to a story yet to come.

It's a short story told through a girl's journal entries after coming to a town and meeting her new best friend. In addition to facing high school drama, they start investigating the supernatural history around them.

It's nothing too complex, but it's intriguing enough to have me interested in seeing what the related video game will be like. I'm expecting a solid haunted house experience.

The performance was really nice; Stephanie does great voices and it was fun to listen to her character. I recommend listening to Til Morning's Light if you're in the mood for something short, light-hearted, and a little bit spooky.

Unique marketing strategy!

An audio dram prelude to a video game! Amazing marketing strategy. I enjoyed the listen and immediately became Intrigued by the game that follows it. Great idea. Wish more games did stuff like this.

video game backstory

I was under the impression that this would be a kin to Goose bumps, but they never really got to the twist. Basically as the story is getting interesting, the book ends and the game begins.

the game is only available on fire os at the time of this review. since I'm on Android I can't even buy it :(

It’s a trap...

This was a 30 commercial for a game. Nice little listen until I realized there was no ending. They just tell you to go play the game for a resolution.

Wretched tease

Cornball teenage angst complete with cheesy music and a cliffhanger ending. It's a lead in to a game which (if the short story is any indication) is pretty miserable.

ARGGH! it's not a book it's an ad.

I would have written a glowing review of this...if it was part 1 of a story. I didn't read the description carefully, where it says it's backstory for a game.

I am peeved because I **loved** the story. But I've been tricked.

No resolution. Not Nice.

I hope the "author" writes an actual book in the future. I'd read it.
