Outdated and not about photography
This book explains the basics of setting up a business, but has very little to do with photography in particular. The first chapters do talk about the types of photography businesses and has some hints for marketing them, but from what I've heard from photographers his advice will lead you to fail before you start. The chapters on business are also horribly outdated and you could find more and better information for free in blog posts today.
For what it's worth, I did enjoy his book on composition (having no previous knowledge), it's only this book in particular I didn't like.

Very informative book
I enjoyed this book because it given me things to think about as I structure my business plan. This book focused on some key details that addressed the long term success of start photography as a business. I wish the book given so formulas on developing a pricing list.
