Bad nights and no sleep = No Success

Would you try another book from Joel Thielke and/or Joel Thielke?

Unfortunately this hypnosis program has given me nothing but three sleepless nights and nightmares. Therefore I would not recommend this program and would be suspicous of the others. Nothing else in my life has changed except that I wanted to try a different hypnosis learning program at night. What a mistake it was to choose this one.

Would you ever listen to anything by Joel Thielke again?

Not when it is related to hypnosis.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The narrator's voice for hynosis has a great tone. However I had a bad reaction to the program. So I am neutral on any detraction since I don't know if his subliminal messages were the cause of my issue.

What character would you cut from Business Success, Productivity, and Motivation Pack?

Not applicable.

Any additional comments?

So much potential. I have never reacted badly to any of the other hypnosis programs from other authors. After this experience I am going to stick to the ones I know work.

Did Veronica Roth lose passion for this series?

What would have made Allegiant better?

To have been completely rewritten without so much needless darkness that did not add anything to the story.

What could Veronica Roth have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I have listened to this book twice to see if I had missed her passion or love for the characters. The book read like a Wikipedia page. Factual, grey, and lacking the emotional binds she had created with her audience. It read like if she was forced to finish the series and just wanted to be done with it.

What about Emma Galvin and Aaron Stanford ’s performance did you like?

Both narrators did an excellent job. They tried to perform the emotions the book lacked.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

We have closure. If that is what Veronica Roth wanted to give to her readers and fans. Then she succeeded, regardless of the disappointing delivery.

Any additional comments?

Redemption? Maybe it was just a bad dream that Trist was having or alternate reality? Maybe one more book to satisfy the emotional needs her fans were craving. It's almost upsetting to the point of anger; I was so looking forward to this book that I had per-ordered weeks ago. What a let down.

This book just saved me thousands.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The recommendations made by the Mr. Clayborne allows the listener to realize that the creditors and credit reporting bureaus are not as scary as we are made to believe. The book provides the listener with inspiration and very simple instructions. He turned a very complicated topic and made it simple.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Hidden Credit Repair Secrets?

Reading through the PDF of letters. Such a simple thing and yet so impact-full. My credit score went up by 56 points within 2 weeks of sending the letters out. Now I am way over the 720 I was aiming for.

Which character – as performed by Brandon Tvedt – was your favorite?

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The extreme reaction was happiness to see my credit scores going up, up, and up. I never imagined it would be that easy.

Any additional comments?

The money saved in interest on a recent car loan is enough to pay for my Audible subscription for a very long time. The car payment would had been under $500 a month with my previous score and because of the better credit it is a bit over $350. I would had never believed it had I not experienced the benefits listening and following the suggestions of this book first hand.

Indulgent, like chocolate covered strawberries

If you could sum up Bet Me in three words, what would they be?

Fun, Sexy, and Yummy. The characters bring in all the fun from the sexy vixen Liza's purse slapping humor to Elvis the music loving cat. Then you have the sexy ways in which the moments of intimacy are described and it all rounds off to one yummy chocolate Krispy Kreme doughnut.

What did you like best about this story?

It is a feel good story which drags you in and makes you want more. The characters are so likeable even the mean ones that create the drama in Min & Cal's life.

Which character – as performed by Deanna Hurst – was your favorite?

Cal. I know it's Deanna reading his character, but he sounded very sexy at times. Hands down the best male narration from a female I have heard thus far.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me hungry for some Chicken Marsala and doughnuts.

Any additional comments?

I rarely read/listen to fiction books. But once in a while I will find a gem like this and can't put it down. I literally had it playing on my Android in the car, PC at work, and laptop at home because it was like a bag of chips that you cannot put down. Loved it and I am looking forward to more indulgent moments enjoying Jennifer Crusie writing.

More boring than vanilla at Baskin Robbins

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Someone who doesn't bore easily and is into very insignificant details.

Would you ever listen to anything by Abigail Reynolds again?

No, I am afraid that her style is not one that I would like to experience again.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

There was a slight lisp that I have often heard in UK English which was very distracting.

What character would you cut from To Conquer Mr. Darcy?

So many I can't even begin to count. The book was filled with insignificance things including many characters.

Any additional comments?

After five hours of listening to part 1, I came back to Audible to read the reviews in hopes that I would find the reason why I was interested in this book to begin with. Given the high ratings I thought it would pick up in the second half and become exciting with some deep life altering issues. But unfortunately the second half was as predictable and boring as the first. The characters Darcy and Lizzie describe themselves as private and not allowing people even the closest relatives into their lives. Well the same is true of us the listeners. I did not care for the characters nor their story. If this was friend or relative telling me about their life in the same fashion as this book told the story of Lizzie and Darcy, I would had politely walked away faking the sudden onset of a headache. Next time I follow my instincts and stop after the first hour of torture.

Just like watching TV... a commerical every 5 mins

There are bits of great information and entrepreneur insights mixed in with a lot of commercial-like statements about Linked-in. Also, there was way too much name dropping without any real purpose. It was like being in a boring first date with a person that can't stop boasting about their connections and achievements. There was nothing there to attach what is being said to the listener. At moments I felt as if I was being talked to and not engaged. While I am glad to have an opportunity to gain some insight into Reid Hoffman's success, I doubt I will be listening to this or any other book by him again. There will be no second date.

Finally Centered

How I wish I would of had this tool in my arsenal a long time ago. I WAS naturally an axious person, who spent too much time in the future and dragging out the past. I have lsited to this audiobook every day since I purchased it. Now when my mind tends to go arry, something in my brain triggers a response that will bring me back to the present moment. Something which it was capable of doing in the past. I love my life even more so now that I can control the anxiety and uneeded trips down the bad memory lane. Thank you so much Craig, Audible, and all those that gave good reviews which is the reason I selected this book.

My husband was having trouble sleeping through the night. Since I liked the other Craig Beck audiobooks I decided to give this a try and it worked. So far I have been very impressed with Mr. Beck's work.

Glenn Harrold's voice is so soothing and relaxing. I must confess I have not yet finished it, as I find myself falling asleep somewhere in the middle of the meditation. If you don't mind a good nap or restful meditation this is a meditation you will enjoy.

I have listened to this book twice or more during the week. It is real, applicable to life as it is now, and relevant to people in every stage of life. From all of the self-help audiobooks I have purchased this is by far my favorite. Truly a pleasurable listen.
