If I could give it 6 stars I would

John Conroe is of the fastest, best, and intriguing writers in this Genre since Jim Butcher, Kevin Hearne, Benedict Jacka. He is super fast a at putting out books too. That keeps me very happy because some of the others seem to be running out of steam or have writers Block or something. My favorite being the Dresden Files, which is as we all know extremely late, I sure hope it comes out soon.
My perverbial Hat is off to Mr. John Conroe and his amazing take on this genre and the world's of the arcane and your daughter for getting you interested in it.

Sincerely,

G.H.

Great book, Great Story, Great narration!

Jack is a middle mix between Earth 007, Ferris Bueler and the likeable people he meets as foes but befriends them, his personality and charm and boyhood fun delivered with no fear in Jacks Audacious way made this 3 book story all it should or could be and more. If you enjoy Ben Hale stories like I do along with the comforting story telling of Ben Perkins, I swear that grandfather voice is better than warm milk to calm you down.
Great All stars all the way, and savor this one,.

I rarely give 5 stars but Mr. Magnarella surprised

The early third part of this book seems to be roughly pieced together to the middle of the what seemed to be mediocre story but Mr. Magnarella really brought this very enjoyable and partially new story to an old tale. Having some experience with these types of tales and am very rarely shocked by a writer in this genre and the latest to do this is definitely this writer along with James Patrick Cronin which reads this type of stories with great skill and wonderful timing. I have high hopes but not sure just yet if I am ready to bring Mr. Brad Magnarella into the Fold of my Favorite writers in the genre which most would agree that Jim Butcher sits at or near the top (if there is such a thing) a while in his great works which we all wait patiently for Peace Talks. I also truly enjoy Benedict Jacka with his British Time twisting Mage which is pumping out really cleanly written stories very timely.
I truly enjoy the origins of Prof Croft and hopes he continues to write and surprise me with every new tome.
I have high hopes for the new fellow on the block. There seem to be new stories in the genre on a bit of a rise by quantity and I like the way Brad Magnarella weaved his Webb on this ride. Very good so far.
keep'em coming Mr. Magnarella.

Great new story & Thanks B. Mongarella!

This book was new on the Jim Butcher, Kevin Hearne circuit but having the same story telling skills, James Patrick Cronin keeps his shortly pace along very close storyline as John Conroe in which Mr. Cronin reads for both writers.
I truly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys what I read as entertaining.

These Books are fun, cool & well written! Loved it

I rarely give 5 stars and am shy to give them to this book but I truly believe that it deserves every bit of it. I enjoyed this book and the previous books in the series much more than I expected. They are just for kids and definitely fall into that x-men, Sci-fi type category but they have much more depth than I've seen in anything that resembles them.
I usually read more Dresden Files type of books & the like so didn't expect to enjoy these as much as I truly did.
Drew Hayes is a very good writer who I am definitely going to have to start pillaging through his catelog of books to find some more Gems like these.
I wholly recommend the books in this series to anyone of a like mind.
start in order with book 1, year 1 and have a good ride! I can't wait for the next one.
The narrator did a great job as well, I'm sure a big part of why I enjoyed this book definitely lies with him.
God Job Fellas!
My favorite character is definitely Nick Campbell!!!

Try them and enjoy!

G. H.
