PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT Ending to this awesome series! With the crazy cliffy ending in book 4 I was dying for book 5 (I only had to wait about 12 hours but that was 11:59 to long). I needed to see Gareth get his HEA and boy did he! This book made me cry, made me laugh and made my heart soar! I especially had a huge soft spot for Gareth's relationship with Sophia. The best thing about this series was the family closeness for me. After 5 books it kind of feels like I was part of the family and not that it's over I'm heart broken but only because I will miss them. Amy Daws gave us closure for each member of the family and every got a HEA of sorts. It couldn't have ended any other way in my eyes. I'm left feeling a little sad but really very happy hearted and so satisfied.

The narration was also perfect. I loved all 3 narrators and I especially loved that with the female lead being american a new narrator was brought in but the original female narrator also stayed on to keep the voices the same for the previous characters. Simply brilliant!!

I liked book 1 and was excited to listen to the next book but I have to say this one came as a surprise to me because of how much I loved it! Tanner and Belle were perfect, I loved their banter and honesty! I don’t normally like the fake dating trope but seriously Amy Daws nailed it with these two.
Tanner comes across as an arrogant playboy but honestly he was just a guy having fun and was honest about it but I was so surprised by how sweet he was. He has a big heart for people in need and his entire family. Belle is such a strong character, how could I not love her! She is a hero in her job, a great friend and so honest and blunt! Their chemistry was off the charts hot! I’m loving the closeness and family togetherness with the Harris’s, how they bring people into their family and the seriously strong females in this series so far! I can’t wait to start the next one and get to know the other brothers more!

The narration is perfect, I’m usually on the fence about duet, if it’s done right, I really enjoy it but sadly it’s not usually done right in my opinion but these two did it perfectly! Their flow is spot on and it doesn’t feel jarring when the narration switches back and forth like duet sometime does to me. If all duets were like this I would listen to so many more!

So I waited until book 5 was sent to Audible before starting this series and tonight when I finished this book, Audible still hasn't put it up on the website and now I'm going CRAZY!!!! I Need the next book YESTERDAY! OMG this book has a huge cliffy!!

I wasn't sure when this one started if I was going to love it cause i'm not a fan of one of the main aspects of Gareth & Sloan's relationship but let me tell you, Amy Daws wrote it in the best way I've ever read and I ended up loving everything about it. Gareth is a loaner, kinda quiet and has some childhood issues he really needs to get over. Sloan's life is falling apart around her and she needs to be in control of it again. Together these two figure out what each other needs the most and it works for them. The sex scenes in this book are crazy hot which surprised me very much with my normal opinion of this type of relationship. I fell in love with these two very quickly! Again like in all the other book in this series, there are a lot of family moments and I love that all the previous characters continue to have big roles in each book! Now I'm stuck waiting.... and waiting and I might die if Dominate isn't available today!! Seriously I NEED IT NOW!!!!!

The narration was great, I was surprised when I saw a new female narrator until I realized that Sloan is American, then it made perfect sense and Piper Goodeve was an excellent choice!!!

This was a fun little glimpse into Cam & Indie's wedding day. While it was way to quick, I loved this novella. This couple's wedding needed to happen and it was Perfect for them! The family reaction was also perfect. Super sweet, fun and heartwarming! Thanks Amy Daws for giving us this little nugget!

Narration is perfect of course with Will & Charlotte!

Another great book in the Harris Brothers series! Booker & Poppy had a fun story with a lot of Angst and drama but in the end, their story was beautiful. I love when characters have history and these two had years. I loved Booker's big gesture, It gave me butterflies. One thing i loved about this series is how much the family is in each book. You don't miss the other characters once their book is over.

The narration was great. Will & Charlotte really are great at duet narration.

I'm a little conflicted about my feelings of this book. I enjoyed it and I liked most of the characters but I think maybe I should have saved this one for last, maybe a glimps back at where it started would have given me a better image of Brody. I really enjoyed the beginning but somewhere in the middle Brody shows his jealous, insecure side a few times and honestly I could relate to that part of him, I've met people like him but what I couldn't relate to was him just "throwing" away his baggage and all of a sudden being a great guy with no issues. I know I should have been rooting for them but to be honest, I was rooting for Jake to get his head out of his rear. The relationship with him felt more real, maybe because they got to know each other as friend or maybe because I was rooting for them and then BAM 180, Oh look new guy... I don't know. I know me and that means after A Broken Us I will feel completely different and I'll probably love Brody which is why I think I should have started there, maybe I needed to see the good side before the bad side so I could excuse it ?? That is just me I'm sure! In the end I am looking forward to seeing what's next for these two and I hope to fall in love with them in while they figure things out.

The narration was ok. Nothing I didn't specifically dislike, but nothing that stood out either.

Lauren Blakely blew me away with this one! This isn't a rom com but a beautiful story about learning to live again after loss. I personally love second chance romance's because it is so easy for me to fall into the love story from the beginning. I had so many feelings throughout this book for the love story and even more for the brokenhearted man who is trying to dig himself out of the life of grief, loss and heartache he is living with.

Andrew is man who is lost and struggling to find his way. When he learns something about his brother he didn't understand he decides to go to Japan and search for answers. After using his grief to take advantage of all the people in his life, getting away is probably what is best. He has been in love with Holland for years and I have to say she is exactly what he needs to help him find his way. Holland is a a strong, honest women who doesn't pull any punches when it comes to Andrew. She has loved him for years but she knows he needs to heel before he will be ready for a relationship.
I loved that Holland doesn't coddle him at all. She pushes him in the right direction and then listens when ever she needs him.

I love so much about this book, I'm not sure I can list them all. Andrew came so far from the beginning of this book and I fell completely in love with him! I laughed at the banter, swooned at a man that shows his love for his dog and liked all the strong relationships... oh and I might have had a few tears too. Also, no matter how Andrew acted, his friends were there doing whatever they could for him. I always love when Lauren writes a story with interesting locations too, she has a way to make me lose myself in her books and in this one I felt like I could see all of the places they went to in Japan. The end of this book made my heart soar!

Joe Arden and Erin Mallon were phenomenal in this book! Joe BECAME Andrew in my head and there is a part that he gets choked up you can hear it in his voice. Erin is my favorite female narrator and she always blows me away! I think these two were the perfect choice for this book because they are both great narrators!!!

This book.... yeah I'm just a ball of emotions right now! First, I have a love for Alaskan settings in books so even though KA Tucker is a MUST read author for me, I would have grabbed this up because of the setting alone.
This book was about so many things for me. The strained or nonexistent relationship between a father and a daughter, fixing things before it's too late, true love (maybe even soul-mates) and not making the same mistakes your parents did. All of these things are true, beautiful and heart-breaking in this story. I loved the way this book made me feel from sorrow, to anger, to love and to loss. Besides all the feels, this book had amazing banter between two of the main characters which had me smiling a lot while listening! The ending made my heart soar and there is nothing better to me than when characters figure things out and do what needs to be done no matter the consequences or fear that may arise! Loved this book <3

The narration was perfect! Love all her work and she was a great choice for this book!

I was originally a little confused as to why Wrath gets another book when there are many new characters but when I listened to it, I completely understood. I loved this book and even more, I love when the laws are changed in the BDB world. I find myself cheering on Wrath & Saxton. This book had a little of everything except the war with the lessers and anything really about the brotherhood. I loved the back story for Wrath's parents, it helps explain a lot about who Wrath is. We also got a little from each of the characters from the next few books. This series is has always been a favorite of mine because of JR Wards writing style, each book is written with so many POV & story lines so that it's more about the entire BDB world not just the characters from each book. I don't know how many times I've read & listened to this series (usually I do a complete re-listen every couple years before the new book releases.

Jim Frangione IS the brotherhood to me!!!

This was my first Colleen Hoover book from back in 2012 but this is the first time I've listened to the audiobook. Layken & Will had me from chapter 1! I loved their story and the way they both were able to lean on each other when everything fell apart...they were meant for each other!! I loved how mature these characters were at such a young age and even more I loved how quirky they both were. They just got each other. I really liked the Avett Brother song connections too!

The narration was ok, she fit the age of the characters and did a good job with the humor and the sadness of this book too.
