A bit brutish but still useful

There is a lot of go go go and figure it out later attitude in this book. While this is clearly useful at times, the overall strategy is somewhat problematic. Still, I'm glad I listened.

Enjoyable read with many insights to Buddhism!

Had me hanging on every word. Works quite well as a book to listen too. The end is a bit of a cliffhanger, but I didn't feel cheated.

Insightful in explaining both my own and other's behavior. Backed with lots of empirical research and practical concrete steps you can take to improve your own unhelpful habits.

Interesting and Episodic

There are lots of fun short case studies that helpfully illustrate the take home points. I especially liked the part on free will and the power of habit.
