Don’t miss this great book.

I was mesmerized to the point of almost non stop listening. The narrator was outstanding and the story had me laughing at times. Keep the tissues handy because it will make you tear up as well. I can’t recommend this book too strongly. It’s great.

Great book

This is a wonderful read. You will need tissues. I laughed and cried. Even if you know the Bible front to back it’s good to be reminded of Gods place in your life. If it matters to you it matters to God. I listened to the entire book in one sitting. Will probably listen to this book again.

Outstanding!

I listened to this book in one day. Couldn't stop. It's a sharp turn from Miss fortune. I loved those too. But this was different. Can't wait for book 2.

Don't miss this!

This book will be among my favorites. I read reviews that say you won't be able to put it down. Well this is exactly what I felt about this book. The narrator was wonderful and the story had such well developed characters that I missed them when I finished. You can continue the story with the next volume An Unexpected Frost.

Don't miss this winner

This is at the top of my list as a favorite. Can't wait to listen to this authors next book. I'm an avid reader and know that really great books don't come along that often. This is a great book.

Great read

I think if you have an interest in hiking and outdoor living not to mention perseverance you'll enjoy this book. Like another reviewer the sex could have been omitted. For me it took away from the story. There was more than enough about her life as a child to keep the listener engrossed in the story. I would recommend this book.

Spellbinding

This is the first review I've ever written so this book was really worth the read. Or maybe I should say the listen. I was sorry to have it end. I will be listening to the sequels.

Always a great read

I'm listening to these wonderful G.A. McKevett titles for the second time. I enjoy Savannah and her quirky family. Good mystery and a laugh.
