Huge Let Down

I was SOOOO excited for this book to come out because of how much I adored You and Hidden Bodies (Kepnes' other books) but I was hugely disappointed. I was underwhelmed by the story which I thought was really stupid and boring. The plot points I wanted to know more about were glossed over and the parts I couldnt stand were over-explained. The only positive was the perfomance of the narrators.

Why Did It Have to End?

This book and the first in the series, Beartown are two of my favorite books of all time. The story, writing style, characters and narration are sensational. I couldnt stop listening while simultaneously dreading the moment the book would end.

Started Strong....

And ended weakly. The last quarter of the book was pretty boring. The amount of similar characters with similar names got kind of confusing.

Least Favorite Grisham Book

I thought the story was rather boring and predictable. I almost gave up on it because it was dragging and almost never have that problem witb Grisham's books.

Kind of weak for Davenport

The story was pretty weak in my opinion. The end was exciting and there's a bit of a cliffhanger so of course I can't wait for the next Lucss Davenport book.

This Series Is Still Going???

When will this series end? This book was worse than the last one and it appears to be continuing. There definitely didn't seem to be an ending worthy of calling a conclusion. Same story...different title. Boring!!

Remarkably Twisted

Sharp Objects is probably my favorite Gillian Flynn book. It is so twisted...I don't think this one will make it to the big screen.

LIBBY DAY

I LOVE GILLIAN FLYNN. Please stop making movies and write more books. Dark Places will keep you guessing until the very end.

Couldn't Keep Track of Storyline

This Coben book was kind of hard for me to get into. I never really got attached to any of the characters but like most of his books, there were some captivating parts that drew me in but not his best by any means.
