Highly unexpected -

I purchased this book from Audibles Romance Package and I honestly don't understand why it was considered romance. I enjoy many types of genres but I could not get into this book. The way the story line is; I had a difficult time following. I kept waiting for something to happen and it would just fall flat. The ending was a bit, different, for my own personal preference.

I really believe this is a well written book and the narration is phenomenal, but personally, I didn't enjoy it as much as some others I've listened to.

great story

I was guessing who the killer was all the way to the end. there were so many twists and turns that kept the truth hidden.

What a great romance/thriller

This story is about a woman, Faith, who's being stalked by the same man who attempted to murder her years prior. She inherits her family's home where numerous bodies are found. The race is on to find the murderer, the stalker, the victims, and the brother. You will be guessing until the (almost) end. The ending is good, I guess. I wanted to know more about Decan (spelling may be off) and his family. I haven't looked yet, but I'm hoping there story will carry on.

My favorite in the series

This one was cute. I could see this playing out in my head. I enjoyed the characters, Smith and Evie, and the fun banter between the two.

Oh, how I LOVE Sabastian York!

Mr. York, you can read the dictionary and I would be wrapped around your every word. The story was good. Of course, being a romance, the story seems cliche and an unlikely scenario but that could be just bc I'm going through a divorce and I'm a Grinch about it.

not a favorite

it was ok. the main character started to get on my nerves bc she was way too sensitive towards the end. I like a heroine that is strong and Emily was just...(thinking of word... "sweet".

Lovely Story

I felt as though it was slow to begin but once I fell into the theme and style of the story I couldn't stop listening. I listen to my audio books at 1.7 speed so the names were hard to follow and there were a couple of times I was confused as to who was who. But that's on me. I enjoyed the authors portrayal of details during the Holocost. It saddens me but I respect the honesty of it.

AH-MAY-ZING!!

I love Brittainy C. Cherry. Her stories never fail to pull on your heart and make you laugh and cry both at the same time. I didn't want it to end. I felt so connected to the characters, it was as though I was part of the story. But the narration was phenomenal. I've always enjoyed listening to Erin Mallon so I was not surprised I enjoyed this one too.

Typical cliche love story

Still good enough to listen to. The narration could've been better, I think. But then again, they could've been worse too. story line is your everyday love story. Cannon is the lead who suddenly needs a place to stay so he's offered a room at his sister's best friends home, who just so happens to be his long time crush from when they were kids. There is some pretty comical scenes that made it a fun listen. Some even hotter scenes. Now if we could realistically find a "Cannon" for my very own, I would totally give it 5 stars.

I saw it coming however still worth the listen

I really enjoyed the main character. He was really chill and laid back. The narration style was kinda hard to follow at first. It's written in 1st person but there isn't anything separating his internal thoughts to his next comment except for a slight pitch change. It makes you really have to pay close attention until you get used to it. Well, at least for me anyways. The amount of details and information was both interesting and entertaining. All in all, I liked it.
