This was an incredible story about brave men and women who risked their lives working as part of the resistance during WWII! The narrator was outstanding and the story superbly riveting! I highly recommend this audiobook!!

Unique and entertaining
Texas weddings book 1
A Class of her own
I wasn’t particularly delighted with the narrator, but I liked the book and laughed out loud a couple times! Their awkwardness was especially endearing!
A Chorus of one
I enjoyed the audiobook version of this book! The narrator kept saying Eye-talian instead of Ee-talian or Eh-talian and she didn’t differentiate between the women characters very common well, but she did and outstanding job with sound effects like a voice on the phone, in a memory or behind a closed door!
The story was quite enjoyable and unique! I wish there would have been more information about the different operas and added more lyrics to the songs because I know very little about either, but maybe I’m the only one. Overall a good experience with this new to me author and narrator. I’ll definitely check out further books by both!
Cute story! I enjoyed the audiobook version! He’s always loved her, but she’s never really known him. 10 years later can the start again!
I listened to the audiobook version
I listened to the audiobook version.
I’m not particularly fond of the narration. Several sentences seemed to pause during the sentence like she thought it was complete, and then she’d finish. Also she chose almost yelling voices for a few characters.
I enjoyed the story though. The main issue the couple worked to conquer didn’t seem as big of a deal as the author made it out to be in my opinion but I still enjoyed it.
An extremely talented duo!
This was a delightful book about self worth and redemption! I’m extremely fond of Lacy’s short audiobooks and the consistency of her narrator Lara! An extremely talented duo!! Keep up the great work both of you!!
I listened to the audiobook version. This is a new author for me. I may read more in this series, but if it’s the same narrator, I probably won’t listen to the books. The voices were good but at the end of every sentence was was a sound that made it seem like a question. The speaking speed seemed off as well. I think the book was pretty good though.
Cute and sweet short story!
Cute and sweet short story! I enjoyed the audiobook version! This book takes place at the Crater Lake Park in Oregon, just after WWII. I’ve been to Crater Lake several times myself and the descriptions made me miss it!
Such a phenomenal book!!
A beautiful Christian Romance set with both difficult circumstances and greater faith in God to see them through their lives! I am delighted with the narration and all the voices of this large cast! I’m awfully sad to have finished this incredible series!!
Brilliantly frightening and delightful, this romantic suspense will keep you on the edge of your seat! I took every opportunity I could to listen to this audiobook! The narration was perfect with a Southern draw for the post civil war women of Texas, as well as both Yankee and Rebel accents for the soldiers and sympathizers! Not to mention the wonderful voices of the ex slaves and the Mexican employees! Now on to book 3 in this captivating series!!
I loved everything thing about this audiobook! The narrator had a wonderful voice, that was a pure pleasure to listen to!
I loved the characters (except the villain, of course!). I loved the tension with the couple in the beginning, despite their growing attraction.
And those darling children!!!
I’m really looking forward to listening to the rest of the series!!
