Listened straight through
This book was interesting, entertaining and completely held my interest. Seemed like a raw, unfiltered, honest account of the experiences of "making it" in the food industry. Anthony told it straight without any sugar-coating. Makes me think twice about eating out. I never watched his shows until I listened to the book, then binge watched all available seasons. Really a sad loss!
Riveting, Thought Provoking, Action Inducing
Everyone needs to know what is in this book! Even our weather forecasting has been sold out for corporate monetization and profiteering above the value of our human lives! Where do these for profit organizations like Acuweather and Weather Channel derive their information? From the vast stores of weather data compiled, analyzed and advanced with evolving technologies to provide people with real information they need to survive. All this Science based, hard earned progress in the ever developing ability to provide early warning systems to people as a public service is being suppressed and hidden. For profit companies now control the public messaging as well as being granted (by the current administration) stewardship over the treasure trove of scientific data residing within NOAA .

A candid look into the day to day struggles and accomplishments of the Greatest President of my lifetime. The team of dedicated and deeply committed people who dignified the Office of the Presidency and accomplished far more than was ever given credit in the media. A Presidential Staff made up of people who truly cared for our country far beyond the pettiness of self interest and profiteering. Excellent book, well spoken, full of respect and well speaking! Such a stark contrast to the complete moral ineptitude of our current administration .

A Genuine Look Into HRC's Campaign
This book felt like an honest look at the tremendous effort it took to get HRC elected. Despite coming short of the goal, many lives including the Authors were poured out in trying. Overall, I felt the Authors portrayal was sincerely positive and did not cast HRC in a negative light. It actually endeared me more to HRC and increased my respect for her. The Author too, pays tribute in her personal testimony to the unthinkable sacrifice so many paid in the effort. They should not be forgotten. Well written and narrated!

Relevant, Gripping, So Relatable
I wait eagerly for new books by Kristin Hannah, my neighbor and kindred spirit in experiences and the splendor of the great NW. My whole life I've been called to go further and further Into the wilds of the great Northern Territories. Growing up misplaced in Florida, I've forever been called to the wilds of the NW Territories! This book gives foundations and realism to my lifetime of imagined dreams of the far reaches of the Wildest North. It speaks with such tried and true experiential wisdom concerning the cruelty of isolation yet the depth of relationships formed of the most rugged of all individuals. The book is real to the core, painful at times to enduree conclusion because of its true characterizations touching too close to the bone. Yet the contrast it fulfills to counteract the cruelties of inescaple circumstances some are dealt, is truly rich in its mercy and grace. The conclusion is perfect, I loved and believed and could empathize, cry, anger, rejoice and be inspired to see all the blessings of life and love that I too am richly embued! Thank you Kristin for yet another Masterpiece!!
Everyone should read this
Completely credible account of what's Really going on in the Trump Whitehouse! The Author deserves much credit for writing such an informstive, realistic account of the complete chaos ensuing. All of America needs to face the truth about the absolute incompetence of who we've elected to head up this country. Those who voted for Trump and those who voted for him by NOT voting should seriously pay attention to this book. the narrator too was excellent!

Love the Science, Held my Attention
I enjoyed this book! It was interesting, intriguing and educational. I did not understand a lot of the scientific terms but was captivated none the less. Excellent narration. It's the most I have ever visualised what it would be like to live on the moon. The characters were well-developed and easy to enjoy. After reading The Martian, I would listen to anything Andy Weir wrote. He did not disappoint with this book.
very encouraging and hope infusing!
In the true spirit of optimism, inspired and embodied in the humanity of Barack Obama!

Endearing, Touching, Honest Account
I enjoyed this book. It was interesting and endearing, as well as informative. I have heightened respect for the Bush's after hearing such a tender and honoring account from the Bush twins. Nicely done, this account goes a long way to humanize the people behind the Presidencies. It's easy to imagine how proud the parents of these adult children must be. This effectively demonstrates how political party divides need not be characterized by hate and insult. Seen through the eyes of children, our likenesses are more compelling and true than our differences. Bravo to the Authors, very well done!
