Sorru Pilar Witherspoon

I've read every book Johanna Lindsey has ever written. She has to be one of my all time favorite Author's! This particular series is not one of my favorites. Seems it took forever in all of this particular series, to get to the point of being interesting for me. Because it was a Johanna Lindsey story I knew it would get good at some point. But it took me days to finish it. Do think if I had been reading it myself I would have enjoyed it much more. As I have never been able to put her books down until I was finished with them. At one point I speeded up the reading time to 2x. Which made it much better listening. Do apologize to Pilar Witherspoon as do not wish to be over critical. However you really need to speed up you reading time as you drug this one out so long it made it boring and hard to get through.

Wow Exciting Series

First thing to say is Trish McCallan, sure keeps one on the edge of their seats with this particular series. I kept this one in my wish list until I felt I could read it without the old blood pressure sky rocketing. Certainly was not disappointed by any means. Felt that Mac and Amy's story was going to be good. And once again was not at all disappointed. Only thing I didn't like was the Uncle getting killed. And agree with reviewer Carouse I would like to hear more of what happened to Faith. Likewise I also agree with Kelly R. And want Wolf's full story. Plus more about the Shadow Mountain team. Really loved hearing the Arapaho language spoken. So do hope you continue to carry on with this series. Although I've like all of the narrator's, I would personally like to hear the next one with a full cast and sound effects. Feel It would bring so much more to the series.

Wow Violent

This is a new author for me. Both of these books were extremely action packed. But more violence than I care for in a story. My fast forward button was used a lot. Specially when I thought the violence was going on a bit long. Even with that said this author is very talented in my opinion. And I will certainly be looking forward to the next book in this series. The narrator is also new but very good.

Heart Sick

I absolutely love M.K. Eidem's Stories. But this one although only 4 1/2 hours long. Was nothing but sex for most of the book. Break's my heart because it could have been so much more! The narration was great as always. Believe it or not I am not apposed to a few sex scenes. Because I can skip through them and get on with the story. When I get fed up with all the unnecessary descriptions of the act. However this book was way out of line and over the top with the sex!

Another Funny Bone Tickler

Anyone who can read or listen to these Dragonling stories and not get tickled. Has no sense of humor as far as I am concerned. And David Brenin narrates them perfectly. All of the little ones tricking their big warrior Dad's. Just tickled this old ladies funny bone. Specially when they are running around trying to solve where the little ones have disappeared to. Before their wives find out they are all on another adventure! I do not listen to these books when in public with earphones on. Why? Because people give me the strangest looks. And am afraid they think I'm off my rocker!! Keep them coming Susan you are a big hit with me!!

Thank You Audible!!

As Author's go, they just don't come any better. I have read or listen to all of her books and they just seem to get better and better. All of them tie together one way or another. Cannot wait until the next one hits the market. As I will be on it in the blink of an eye. But my very favorite thing is listening to them. The full cast of narrators and the sound effects make them a treat for me. No spoilers from me on this neat story. Just do yourselves a favor and get it. It is well worth the money or credit.

Frosting on the cake

This was an outstanding ending to a delightful series. Jo and Gil are a cute couple, that fit in perfectly with the other couples. I love all three books but find this one to be my favorite. It is always a pleasure to revisit other characters in a series. Although one could read these out of order I personally recommend they be read in order. I for one would love to see another book with all three couples later in life and with children of their own. Catherine Bybee is an excellent author. Throw in Cristina Panfilio and you have one delightful audio book.

Frightening Scenario

Holy smokes classifying this book as "Mystery Thriller," was right on the mark. One can certainly see many possibilities for more books. Specially with this cast of characters. There was so much going on in this first book. I personally listened to this one twice to get most of the characters straight. Because of that I will be reading the next one as soon as it is released. From Kathleen Brooks first refreshing straight action packed book. With the limited amount of sexual scenes. She has become one of my very favorite authors. As fast as she can write them I will read them. Therese Plummer as always does a great job narrating. Trust me when I say if you like kick ass women, great guys. And a story that keeps you guessing, you will love this book!

Feisty Lady

This is more my type of book. Sorry to all you out there who want all of the over blown, drawn out sex scenes. This story certainly kept me from having to fast forward through chapter after chapter. As far as the complaint's of the repeat of the first book? Well this one read form the guy side of the chase for Indiana. I loved Allies spunky attitude. S.E.Smiths humor is always a favorite with me. But had to get the tissue out for a short time. Which is not my style as a rule. Samantha Cook did a great job of narrating also. Cannot wait for Aleah's (guessing on the spelling) story. As I am hoping she makes the story go as I would like to see it happen.

Nobody Does It Better

Grabbed this the first day out. Since everything M. K. Eidem writes is good. Put that together with the wonderful narrations. Plus the great sound effects. Equal the best of the best! Could it have been longer? Certainly would have made me a happy camper. Most of her books that I have connect. So if I need more I just go back and listen to them again. Loved Nikhil's tenderness in this particular story. Mac could have been a little more understanding about the beads and his tradition. Can't wait until the next of this series comes out. Really would like to see Jen and Kim be reunited after all that both of them have been through.
