Soooo Goood

Can’t say enough about this series! Each book is like being on a ride you’ll never forget. This one had dips and turns that had me on edge. Yes there was the usual suspense and excitement that we have come to love with every book but this one had more. The Delta Force team’s loyalties are being tested. I couldn’t wait to see how they waged this particular kind of war.

But before all that I’m so glad I finally got to read Blade’s story. Especially being teased with it in the last book. Wendy is a different type of heroine. She isn’t in your face strong. She is quiet but holds a big sword. Her brother, Jack was a great addition to the story too. Without him I don’t think theses two wouldn’t have gotten their HEA. Loved them all so hard. I was sad when I came to the end of this book. It was a ride I didn’t want to end.

Laugh Out Loud

This is a laugh out loud enemies to lovers story. I instantly fell in love with Rebecca. She is a women having a string of bad luck and is stuck working with a hot as hell former NFL Quarterback. Her inner monologue had me laughing so hard. I probably looked like a crazy person laughing with myself while listening to this book in my car but I don’t care.

Now let’s talk about Cade. Pure alpha male hotness. A man with brains and brawn? Yes please and I’ll take two. He’s a stand-out book boyfriend.

While I loved these two, I LOVED Chas and Trent. They made this book for me. The humor and touching moments along with the heat kept this story going and gave it great pace.

Loved this read and this listen. I hope these two collaborate again because it was one giant treat.

Speechless

First how can you go wrong with two amazing narrators like Andi Ardnt and Sebastian York? They are two of the best in the business. And throw in an awesome story by Kendall Ryan well, you got perfection right there.

I’m deemed speechless by this book. XO, Zach had me sighing happily. Zach is the perfect man. A little dirty, good with his hands, well equipped (wink wink) and a heart fulled with poetry. Even with all that, he had his work cut out for him with Poppy.

Poppy’s resistance had me obsessed with this story. I had to know how Zach would break down her defenses and win her heart. What would make her finally give up her heart?

I can’t find the words for how much I loved this story. All of it was perfect. The story, the characters, the humor and heart. It all made me a happy Reader Girl.

Oh My God!!

Never have I flown through a story like I did this one. I have always been a big fan of Christina Lauren but this one had a total different feel. Each description of the most simplest things was written like a short poem. It added to the feels of this story.

Elliott had my heart from the first time he entered the story. Macy made me want to go into this book and give her a big hug. These two were torn apart from the past but glued back together by the future. This second chance love story had so many emotions wrapped up in it, I couldn’t get enough.

I live in the Bay Area and they got everything write. They went beyond the Golden Gate Bridge and talked about familiar places that local Bay Area natives would know about.

This is a very well written story that will capture not only your heart but your imagination.

A Great Beginning

I LOVE Susan Stoker’s Books. When I found this gem of a series I couldn’t wait to dig in. Logan and his brothers are the intriguing characters I can wait to get to know. Their story of abuse by there mother made my heart go out to them.

Logan thought he lost the love of his life a long time ago. Returning to Castle Rock he constantly sees Grace. He thinks she has the perfect life but little does he know she is suffering from a different type of abuse.

This story was touching and it was nice to see these characters get there HEA especially after all they had suffered through as you kinds.

Great beginning to what looks like is going to be a great series.

Yay TJ!!

Yay TJ!! He finally got his story. Many years ago he had to leave the love of his life to save her. She deserved to be with someone better than a broken soldier. It was one of his biggest regret letting her go.

Now a successful highway patrolman with loyal friends and a good life there was always something missing. That something rather than someone was Milena. He had all but given up finding her. Until one day he receives a call from an Army Officer to investigate an orphanage where Milena works at.

Out of all the guys, TJ was the most intriguing to me. What does TJ stand for? Why is he always alone? Was there ever a special someone in his life? All these questions and more were answered in this book.

Milena was a great match for TJ. She was strong but had a kind heart. After hurting her all those years ago, TJ had a big wall to climb to get her back. It was fun seeing him climb that wall to their happily ever after.

This story had me hooked. It had drama, suspense and most of all a love story that I will want to read again and again.

Oh What a Story!

Oh this story!! We finally get to see what happened to Beth. We first met her in Protecting Summer. Book 4 Susan Stoker’s SEAL of Protection series. You don’t have to read it to enjoy this book. Trust me, once you finish this book, you can’t help but want to read it.

This was a different type of damsel in distress story. Cade aka Sledge was called to Elizabeth’s apartment when she started a stove fire. The fire was the least of her problems when they asked her to leave her apartment for her own safety. See Elizabeth or Beth suffers from Agoraphobia. This was a result of her being kidnapped and tortured by a serial killer. Leaving her apartment, her sanctuary, would put her into a major panic attack. Cade was there to comfort her and make her feel safe.

This story had so many heart-warming and heart-wrenching moments. I felt so connected to each of the characters. Susan wrote Beth’s feelings and emotions so clearly that you felt like you were experiencing each and every panic or anxiety with her.

A story well-written. I am so glad Beth got her happily ever after like Summer did.

Cruise felt connected to Mickie and was determined to keep her off the MC President’s radar. Figures he meets the woman he’s meant to be with when he is undercover and can’t truly be himself.

Had Me from the start

This story had me from the opening scene to the last. I couldn’t stop listening. Corrie may be blind but she is far from helpless. I think she is one of the strongest Susan Stoker heroines to date. Dean never treated her like she was helpless. His support only made her stronger.
