Very Easy to Relax with this Guided Meditation

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I found this audiobook very useful for relaxing, which made it very easy to take a nap. I will be using it on day where I find it difficult to fall asleep, something I know some of my friends need, too.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the nature sounds, soft melody, soothing guided meditation and the relaxing slow pace of the entire audiobook. It really forces you to stop rushing your thoughts, which I welcomed - as I tend to have a hard time switching from high energy to night mode.

Any additional comments?

This audiobook is great for falling asleep, or just unwinding before bed. If you do fall asleep with it, made sure you have comfortable earphones in instead of headphones - which tend to get in the way of hard won sleep.

A great quick listen

If you could sum up Law of Attraction: Affirmations for Positive Thinking and Happiness in three words, what would they be?

Great, uplifting listen

What other book might you compare Law of Attraction: Affirmations for Positive Thinking and Happiness to and why?

I would compare it to Rewire Your Brain: 300 Affirmations for Positive Thinking. It also has music set to some pretty powerful affirmations.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was in a good mood right after listening to this. It's hard not to feel good after so many uplifting words. Definitely something to listen to every day.
