I loved A Proper Cuppa Tea by KG MacGregor. The story is so fun, yet complex, and full of the problems of everyday life. Loved the characters. C. C. Sinclair does an excellent job with the narration. We will see these characters again? Maybe follow up with the future children playing in the garden.

I loved Love's Verdict by Carsen Taite. Beautifully and artfully narrated by Nicola V. Vincent. Excellent story, plot and characters. It the kind of book where when you get who the vilan is, you have to go "Oh, No!" The suspense builds beautifully.

The combination of the tension in the beginning of the book with the hope and fragility of the situation makes for very interesting reading/listening. I loved all the different settings. I loved Beowulf for Cretins by Ann McMan. The book starts with the "well, I'll never see her again. So lets have a one night stand" premise .And continues way up from there. I love Grace and Abbie. Two educated, mature women working it out. Love It. I love that Ann McMan is still trying to educate us all a bit. From wine selection to music selection to quoting obscure literature. So enjoyable. Will we see more of Grace and Abbie? Excellent narration by Christine Williams.
