COOL BOOK

I have spent a great deal of money trying to get a therapist to do cognitive behavioral therapy and this book did more in one reading than months of therapy. We need to be able to apply this at home. Share the knowledge. You can save a life.

CBT

The author explains everything in plain English and that makes the average person a whole lot more likely to keep reading. I appreciate the fact that he lets readers know that there is no shame in anxiety, depression, or other mental issues while emphasizing the fact that it takes dedication and hard work and that it will take time.

A Clearly Explained Step by Step Process

The worksheets are really helpful to guide the reader through the steps provided in the book even if they are a little rough looking. The suggestions and research provided are creative and interesting and will be helpful for the reader trying to improve an area of their life.

A must read!

The techniques contained in this book are very simple and anyone can apply them. However, in order to change your life, you have to take action. If you read the book, but you don't apply the techniques, you'll continue having the same problems you have now.

I only recommend this book to you, if you're going to take massive action and apply what you'll learn.

one of the best book

This is nice and it helps sort out your feelings keep you thinking and motivated to complete things and keeps me going in the direction I need to be in. Pacing yourself is key and the follow through on your part is as well. Good book if you can commit yourself to some self-love.
