Accurate!!!

It’s surprising how this activity can be calming! I think Charice Kiernan has described each poses accurately. The breathing techniques can be challenging, but since it’s one of the vital elements in yoga, I plan to practice on it day by day.

Just what I need!

This book made a perfect timing. Felt so burned out after several travels I made concerning work and I thought of yoga to wind down. It’s totally-free and easy to follow. Plus, this book has been helping me since my first day. I didn’t even feel awkward as I was able to follow the poses right in a jiffy. What more can I ask for?

Creative poses

I saw a great article about a woman’s remarkable healing through yoga and I just couldn’t stop myself from checking her out and yoga. Think this one is one tough yoga guide as it has explained any beginner learner wants to know. The poses sounds creative and healthy and there are 30 of them to try out.

What a precise yoga audiobook!!

I do have difficulties following instructions verbally, but because this audio book was precise and clear in instructions, I didn’t have much trouble executing them properly. It’s surprising that I used to ignore yoga, but now, I’m finding myself making time for it ALWAYS.

Fun with yoga.

Oh my! I can listen to this all day and do the poses while I’m at it. Now I’m beginning to find audiobooks very convenient. And I’m finding myself being attached to yoga now.
