Finally!!! A meal p!an I can stick to!!

I enjoyed this ketogenic book very much. This book contains a good information on ketogenic diet and recipes are awesome too. i listen again and agian.. Feeling good after hearing it thanks to the author....

This is very good diet cook book that will helpful for the beginning stage people's. And the dishes are very tastier and healthier. I recommend this book to you on the quality basis.

Beginners Keto.

Great listening for those getting started and working to improvise their lifestyle that works for them and keeps them healthy I just started the diet. The information, tips and recipes in the book are fantastic. As a new Keto eater this was a great book to start with. So informative and the recipes are delicious!! I would definitely recommend this one!!!

Power-Packed

Have you listened to any of Harry Roger Williams, III’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

All good info, short and to the point. I enjoyed it and found it an easy listen.

I liked that this book is so concise and informative; not a wasted word! Easy to understand, clear, motivational, and all I needed to know to be successful with the ketogenic way.

Living Healthy

This diet may be a shock for you since this way the body is rapidly losing weight, specifically in fat. In addition, the loss of muscle tissue is minimal since the vast majority of food consumed during ketosis also contains relatively large amounts of proteins that are good for your muscles. It is nice to know that all safety measures to get rid of fats is here.
