If you could sum up South Beach Diet Beginner's Guide and Cookbook in three words, what would they be?
I feel better about myself and I have more energy. If you are serious about getting healthy, I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed. I received the book with a mark (very small mark) but works perfect for me.

Author nailed it.
There's a wonderful variety in here. The recipes are simple and easy to fix. I like how each recipe is clearly marked to indicate the corresponding phase. Some miss the mark, but the majority are right on target.

This cookbook is full of delicious, healthy, quick recipes! I get home two hours before I have to go to bed and being able to put dinner together in less than 30 minutes is HUGE! Some of my favorites are the recipes that call for you to throw some sliced up deli roast beef in with a couple additional ingredients for a yummy beef dish! The content of this cookbook gets a full 5 stars!

This eating plan was easy to follow and I lost weight right away.The South Beach Diet is the best diet book I've ever listen.This book is a tremendous breakthrough in the world of health. This food plan was the answer to my endless frustration with my weight.Good to listen and understand about losing weight.

All the ingredients are common and easy to find too. This cookbook is anything but difficult to utilize, efficient and offers differing formulas. South Beach is truly about changing your dietary patterns, not consuming less calories for the here and now. Good book Highly recommended to all.
