This audiobook gave the rudiments of the ketogenic eating routine, for example, its motivation for weight reduction, appropriate nourishment that is incorporated into the eating routine and also the advantages of the eating regimen in the body. This was a more itemized guide with the greater part of it containing content while the rest had the formulas. Generally speaking, this is really a learner's guide!

This book has been helpful in getting me ready to start the Keto diet. It gave a good breakdown that explained the diet and how it can help with weight loss. My biggest struggle is what to make to eat. I wish there were more meal ideas. Overall, It is an amazing book to learn about ketogenic diet.
