To lose weight!

If you could sum up Intermittent Fasting in three words, what would they be?

Very effective guide.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Intermittent Fasting?

All of the guide about intermittent fasting are my favorite. Never knew it before and I kinda like it.

I am incredibly love intermittent fasting now. I know and I am positive of it to help me lose some weight. I am excited to share this to my husband as well. Hand in hand we can do it. Kudos!

Some bad advice mixed with good.

It's hard to trust any health expert that thinks diet soda in moderation is ok. It's bad for you and the planet.

He maintains the eat less move more theory while speaking a little about insulin and insulin resistance.

Some of the practical knowledge was helpful.

Healthy book

Very thorough, very explanative, a must read fir anyone that wants to really learn how to heal himself/herself and be healthy for a very long time. Definitely worth listing!

Best book for intermittent fasting...

I think it's important to point out that this book is not just about fasting. It's also about the benefits of a low carb diet in general. It's going to be a lot easier to skip a meal or two if your body can readily dip into its fat stores. If it cannot, that's a real problem. For one thing, you get hungry more than you should and that makes it almost impossible to sustain a healthy weight.

Great book

This book is so informative about fasting, it's benefits and how to practice intermittent fasting based on goals and preferences. I just finished the book and absolutely loved it. I have told all my friends, contacts, family members,.I enjoyed this read, strongly recommended it to anybody who want to improve their wellbeing, I have been IF for 4mths now and it has worked very well for me .Great book for longevity.growth hormone for weight loss and muscle building. I would recommend to everyone.The results are astonishing!

Fasting done right

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Short answer, yes. If you want to lose weight I would suggest getting this book because it talks about topics other than diet and exercise in losing weight and keeping it off.

Any additional comments?

There's a lot of diets out there but I found this one particularly helpful because it touches on subjects outside of diets. For example it talks about foods you must not eat and by doing that, you will increase your lifespan exponentially. Yes food is important, but I'd rather live life to the fullest and longest rather than die of heart disease. Good book!
