Interesting Diet!

I only learned of this diet recently and am happy I got this one to learn more about it. Seems to be right up my alley. This guide was filled with helpful tips and advice on how to best get started and be successful. Glad I went ahead and gave this one a listen. Can't wait to put what I learned into action.

Great book!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

yes sure i will recommend this book because it is Very informative, love all the recipes. I already juice regularly but I'm excited to try some of the food and smoothie recipes in the book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yeah it was amazing I hope I am now in the home stretch of my weight loss goal of 100 lbs so that would be a good weight for me. I will keep following Marta's sage advice on the way to achieving it.

I liked that the author included recipes, as I don't think I could have come up with appealing alkaline meals on my own. I plan to embrace different aspects of this diet, such as weaning myself off caffeine and implementing more greens The concept makes absolute sense and this well-informed . I recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about the diet.

Alkaline diet

Would you consider the audio edition of How to Lose Massive Weight with the Alkaline Diet to be better than the print version?

I am not a great eat eater so I found this book pretty interesting. It is based on eating a diet catered to the acid-alkaline levels in our bodies. It also takes about how important pH is and how our eating habits cause us to be more acidic.
