Calisthenics A Great Addition To My Work Out

I've heard of calisthenics before but honestly never knew much about it. This book is loaded with great information and detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise. For someone like my self who cant really afford a gym membership anything i can do at home with little to no equipment is ideal, if this sounds like you this is a book you need.

Really cool book for homebodys!

I don't have time to go to the gym and I really cant afford it. This book was amazing in providing an alternative solution. The workouts and exercises in this guide were extremely helpful. Now I can continue to workout at home, try new things, and keep saving money. Thanks for everything!

Yes, I do all the time before I start my workout at home.

Have you listened to any of Trevor Clinger’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, he's very clear with his words and makes workouts and exercises easier to understand.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When I found out about different exercises that I have never heard of before!
