I love this guide to learning how to properly do a massage! I was sitting at home one afternoon when my husband came home from work. He was really tired from a long day at his busy shop and I felt so helpless that all I had to offer was a cup of tea. That’s when I thought of giving him a message but the problem is I don’t know how to!
I started searching for guides online and in my opinion, this guide is the best I have found so far. This audio book helps you learn the benefits of massage, how to treat each major area of the body, it gives you tips about what certain products are the best for enhancing your massaging experience and so much more!
Next time my husband comes home from work, I will not hesitate to give him one good massage. That is the least I could do to make him feel a little better.
