this performance and story really draws you in. Johnathan Ames reading his own novel works perfectly. an unusual but compelling novel which I was sorry to finish

Don't waste a credit.
I really couldn't connect with any of the characters in this book. Downloaded as a freebie a few months ago and only just got around to listening to it. I read a lot of books and am open to all kinds of subjects and experiences be they real or fictional but the sexual content of this book just made me feel uncomfortable. Narration by the author was very slow and boring. A real struggle to finish this. Don't waste your credit.

Slightly odd, save your credit!
Any additional comments?
Fortunately for me I downloaded this as a freebie, otherwise I would probably have had to return it. I persevered but just really didn't get it. Several different story lines which where, I suppose semi entertaining. In places it covered some odd sexual issues that made me cringe and feel uncomfortable, especially as I had recommended it to my daughter seeing as how it was a freebie, I told her not to bother downloading it! What was the purpose of this book? Maybe its just me, but it was hard work, I wouldn't waste a credit on it. I
