What disappointed you about Marketing on Social Media?

The information offered is very general. Anyone who has a Facebook or Twitter account knows the information given on this book.

What was most disappointing about Ivan Carney’s story?

The information is too general and is not specifically focused on business. The narrator is extremely boring and monotonous. There are no emphasis or emotions on the reading.

How could the performance have been better?

The information must be more specific and the narrator must be more expressive.
