An amazing journey shared!
This healing meditation is so easy to embrace, relate to and listen to. Most enjoyable, I felt relaxed and connected immediately and experienced a wonderful deep sleep as a result.

Peaceful and positive

I'm naturally quite a tense person. Combining this and yoga nidra I'm able to take the edge of my tension. I like these meditations because you can relax early in the morning when the mind is clear. Although it is aimed to people with life threatening illness, it accent on self acceptance makes it universally applicable.

Found the voice tone too raspy and loud. Needed to be softer for me to respond to.
