Love me some Shifters UnBound! Love me some JA!!!

Man o Man this was so good. Ok.. So when I got Tiger's Magic... Book 5, Rowan had a woman, and I was so confused... I was like what? Ok... this is the answer to that! This is like book 2.5, so this falls in between even Iona and the other shifter town in Austin. I loved how the books come out though... because we really don't know about Rowan's household until book 5... then this book, falls way way before that book, so you see Rowan's household before all of the events of book 5. You meet Olaf in book 5 but you get to know him in this book. Sooo cute. And Rowan... OMG! I never really pictured Rowan as a sexy man, until this book. He was always around with Liam and the other shifter, but now...I just want to squeeze and hug him and wrap him up in a big ol bear hug! This was awesome.

Great Credit/buy if you have any of the other shifter unbound books! U want this in your collection!

Narration was just awesome!

You may gulp at the price for a 5 hr listen but if you're into the Shifters Unbound Series then this is a must have. I gave it only 3 stars purely because of it's short length.

Elizabeth's got issues and problems but she's one lucky girl when Ronan comes roaring to her rescue.... and stays despite gang leaders and her past catching up with her and they all want her dead. Ronan's a sweetheart and is feeling the 'mating urge' but, with her causing him, and his fellow shifters, all sorts of grief things soon get out of hand - but thankfully the cute and cuddly Kodiak bear can look after her and thankfully himself too.

Sweet romance, not your usual 'Alpha' type, not sexy or hot but a tender, feel-good, teddybear love story about secrets and trust along with a few evil villainous characters thrown in. We also hear of further developments/insights into the world of the Shifters that's been created so well by JA.

Worth a credit? I'm a Shifters fan so of course I'm gonna say Yes.

So far I have enjoyed this series very much. Well it is not very “hot” it is a well written fleshed out story for the length

I really like the author and the story was cute. I think the bears are my faves. Narrator was decent.

A great read!

Well, there was no doubt in my mind this book would be awesome, but I expected a little more drama. Lol It ended a bit too soon. You had a big build up and then.... it was just over.

It threw me for a bit but I can push passes it to say, I freaking love Ronan!! I mean, who wouldn’t love a big, grumpy bear? Haha. I sure do. But there is more to the big teddy bear than meets the eye. He’s also a bad-arse. Like, seriously knight in furry armor. :) Which is good when Elizabeth finds herself in danger. That however puts them all on notice and radar of all kinds of people.

Like I said earlier, the big bad shows up and it’s just over too soon. So anticlimactic, but a great little novella none-the-less. I can’t wait for more Ronan!

Love the series but the narrator...UGH

This is the third book in the series that I've listened to. I love the characters and I want to find out what happens with those damn collars!!

The first book was narrated by Traci Odom. It was narrated a bit fast and made the characters speech seem rushed, but the accents (Irish and Southern) were a ZILLION times better than Cris Dukeharts. I cringe and growl every time that I had to listen to Dukehart horrible Irish or Southern accent. The only way I survived this book was that the main shifter voice was American. Even the Russian accent of Olaf was bad.

Do the people who select the narrators not listen first?

I don't know if I'll be able to listen to another book narratorated by Dukehart. Then again, I may cave in because I want to know what what happens with the collars.
