This book is about a true love that is torn apart by a twist of fate. The man in this I keep wanting to smack upside the head.
You follow the two lovers through a murder investigation and them coming to terms with their past. It has its ups and downs but is a good listen.

classic diana Palmer. different topic for her with combination of an- thropologists, police, FBI, and mix of criminals
Too much romance story and not enough mystery story! Good but a little on the nice and predictable side for a story.
The characters in this story were likeable ... I actually learned while being entertained! Native American history has always been of interest to me, there was a lesson to be heard in this book and the narrator was very good.
I really enjoy all her books. The way she writes you can just picture it all in your mind. These are the kind of books I can read or listen to more than once.
The story really dragged and there were sections of text that were repeated through out the book. I found the book boring and kept waiting for it to get better. I eventually made through all eight hours of the reading but it was painful.
