The Iron Queen

The 3rd book in the Iron Fey series is super. I don't want to write a long review, but this is the kind of book that I ache when I stop reading it. I wish I could read it all the time. I can't wait until the Iron Knight comes out in Nov! Khristine Hvam does a fantastic job reading. Loved every bit of it!

Tween/Teen but good

I really like the series and although I am not addicted as I was to Twilight, I am a follower of the series. It is a great story line, well developed characters, and it gets me out of my daily bore in to a world of fairy folk. Can't ask for more. Author is great. Narration is also very good.

Great Writer and Narrator

This one ( the third book ) was not as good as the first two because it was very predictable. However it was still good and I would recommend it. There was a very small amount of sexual verbiage but enough not to let a child read it. I would say it is mature level.

I have not read the novellas and probably will not. I may purchase the new novel that is from Ash's POV but I am not familiar with the narrator which can make or break an audiobook. If I can hear a sample and like it then I will buy it.

Young Adult book, very good

I listenined to all 3, although I won't most likely re-listen, I did like the series, thought I DO THINK ITS MORE FOR THE 14-20 ages, its story is a love story, a story of change and adjustment and doing what must be done to save the lives of family and friends,,,

Best of the series

I liked this book best from the series. The story is a huge improvement and the characters are more mature than the previous books, specially Megan. She has grown from a silly girl who would want to make a deal with every creature she comes across to an independent and confident girl who can even bargain with summer king when he proposes a deal. And Puck and Ash characters are more defined in this book. Overall I loved it and it is a surprise because I din't have high expectations here.

I tried, but I just couldn't finish this

Not bad writing, not bad narrating, not a bad story. I don't know, maybe it's just not my thing. But I got about 3/4 through, and stopped caring what happened.
