A born and bred Jersey girl, Stacy eagerly left the Garden State for college, as was the family tradition. And after graduating with a psychology degree, she married a Marine and soon also developed a distinct fondness for travel, U-Hauls and Southern hospitality. After a decade of that nomadic life she returned to the east with two children, a slight addiction to coffee and a hunger to create something of her own. She still lives on the East Coast. The children are grown and flown but her feline muse remains, ever watchful of the birds on the balcony. After the stress of the pandemic, she still likes to wander the wooded trails and sandy beaches that soothe the soul. Her favorite things are warm starry nights, furry four-legged critters, the slow speech of the trees, hot coffee, and books that make you forget where you are.
