Richard.O.McGregor was born in Kingston, Jamaica, in the fall of 1975. A graduate of The Mico University College, as a Trained teacher, and Northern Caribbean University. For twenty years he taught in Jamaican high schools. His first book, "Vegetable smoothie recipes:all natural low carb,high fiber, weight-loss diet and cleanse with green smoothie juicing recipes for Good health,"has done extremely well in the Kindle store and other digital platform. He has been a vegan for almost two decades and veganism has been a significant part of every aspect of my life since then.
