I am a professional speaker, author and leadership strategist who has lived in the Denver area for 35 years. My business, Sanborn & Associates, Inc. helps leaders at every level learn to lead or lead better. I am a past president of The National Speakers Association. My book The Fred Factor was a WSJ, Business Week and NY Times bestseller. Since then I've written You Don't Need a Title to be a Leader, The Encore Effect, Up, Down or Sideways, Fred 2.0, The Potential Principle and most recently The Intention Imperative.
