Kylie Wright-Ford was born and raised on a farm in rural Australia and has since lived, worked and studied in Australia, Japan, the U.K. (London and Oxford) and the USA. After spending seven years working as an executive in New York City, in the thick of the financial services industry during the global financial crisis, she now lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children. A passionate leader and entrepreneur, "The Leadership Mind Switch" is Kylie's first book. It was inspired by her experiences leading multi-generational teams in fast paced environments and many conversations with her "Leadership Mind Switch" co-Author Debra Benton about what makes leaders successful in the new world of work. She believes in both living and leading in a way that makes exceptional outcomes a reality.
