Gerry T. Pandaleon, CPA, CMA, brings three decades of experience as a CPA, controller, and CFO to her user-friendly guides to buying and selling businesses. Gerry’s consulting and CFO-sharing practice, Continuous Financial Improvement, focuses on the growth of small- to mid-size companies that range from $15 to $150 million in sales, with 60 to 120 employees. She especially enjoys teaching clients how to read their financial statements and use key performance indicators. She is future-focused, constantly looking for ways to improve clients’ businesses. Having worked extensively with service, retail, and manufacturing businesses (such as packaging, bottling, and meat processing), Gerry is highly qualified to help companies understand both their financial and non-financial data, to make and reach their goals. Her CMA and forensic training allows her to pinpoint constraints, restructure and investigate financial records, and do the analysis needed for future planning. Gerry has traveled nationally and internationally, including two years spent in Taiwan working with KMPG. A natural teacher, she serves as adjunct professor for a local university and community college. She has two grown children and lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with her attorney husband.
