Daniel James Lesniak began his career in real estate in 2012 after having successful careers both as a naval submarine officer and a defense contractor. He sold over $22M in first year and then formed a real estate team that later merged with the Keri Shull Team. In 2014 the team was ranked fourth in the world at Keller Williams. In 2015 the team became part of Optime Realty, a brokerage co-founded by Dan and his wife, Keri. Since then the team has gone on to become one of the top 20 teams in the nation and number one in the DC metro area, as ranked by Real Trends in the Wall Street Journal. In 2022 Dan joined EXP Realty, the fastest growing real estate company in the history of real estate, in order to build a global real estate business. The real estate agents in Dan’s group get access to multiple coaching programs, mentoring, training and coaching on how to develop multiple streams of income. Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Arts from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is an avid endurance athlete, having completed 13 marathons (including three Boston Marathons) and seven Ironman challenges. Dan lives in Florida with his wife Keri; their sons Braden, Grayson and Tristan; and their daughter Kierra.
